Cancellation Policy
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your booking we require 48 hours notice to avoid a charge.
If 48 hours notice is not given you will be charged 30% of your total bill.
If the appointment is a "no show" you will be charge 50% of your total bill.
Bridal
In the event of your booking being cancelled, we operate a 4 week cancellation policy.
If 4 weeks notice is not given 50% of the total balance will be lost.
If 4 weeks notice is given the booking deposit will be lost only.
All cancellations must be received in writing via mail or email.
Fees
Late cancellation and no show fees with be debited automatically from the details used to confirm your booking.
