Make your booking
Scheduling your appointment with us couldn't be easier.
You can:
- Book online via our website, Facebook or Instagram
- Give us a call
- Drop us an email
- Fill out the contact form
All bookings require a debit or credit card to secure the booking.These details are not available to the salon and can only been seen by yourself. By making and confirming your appointment you agree to our cancellation policy.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows enough time to fill in consultations and relax before your appointment.
Late arrivals will have a reduced appointment time.
Should you arrive for your appointment and decide you wish to change the services booked you may be charged for the treatment you cancel/change if not to the same value.
Patch Test
Patch tests are required for all hair and beauty tinting services.
If you are a new client or have not been to us for over 6 months you will be required to book an appointment for a skin test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Should a reaction take place we will not be able to carry out the service.
Services that require a patch test prior to service are:
- Hair colouring services
- Eyelash and eyebrow tinting
- Eyelash extensions
- Eyelash perming
- Brow lamination
Failure to book a patch test before your appointment may result in your booking not going ahead and a charge being made inline with our cancellation policy.
Etiquette
During your time with us we ask that you are mindful of other guests in the salon and our neighbours.
Please wear treatment appropriate clothing. Whilst we endevour to protect clients clothing we recommend you avoid light coloured clothing.
For your comfort we recommend beauty clients wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and enjoy the full effects of your treatment.
At no point during your time with us will you be required to fully undress. Any client found in this manner will be asked to leave immediately.
The safety of our staff is paramount. We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time.
We are a child friendly salon. Please ensure your children are well behaved and mindful of other salon guests.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere onsite. Please ensure this is done before you arrive and after you leave.
Please be aware we are located within a family residence. The site is in private use all year round.
